LIC public ALERT! LIC to take legal action if you do THIS; issues warning for websites
Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has issued a public alert regarding unauthorized use of its logo. LIC has stated that its logo may not be used on any website, publication material, and digital publication without seeking prior permission.
If someone uses the logo with permission from the IPO-related company, strict legal action will be taken against them.

LIC took to their official Twitter account to report the same and said, “LIC Public Alerts – Unauthorized Use of LIC Logo. LIC logos may not be used on any website, publication material and digital publication. Strict legal proceedings – civil and criminal – will be brought against this person. “

LIC is an Indian government owned insurance and investment company owned by the Ministry of Finance. It offers a plethora of insurance programs and investment opportunities in India.
The company was established on September 1, 1956, when the Indian Parliament passed the Life Insurance Act of India which nationalized the insurance industry in India.
The company had collected the highest start-up bonus on record of Rs 1.84 lakh crore in fiscal year 2020-21. The company’s market share was 81.04 in March 2021 in terms of number of policies compared to 74.58% for the entire previous year, LIC said in a statement, according to a PTI report.
